Evan started his Real Estate career interning at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Santa Monica, from 2000 to 2001. He left to expand his horizons and to further his career by joining the Team at Muselli Commercial Realtors, Santa Monica, where he has been since 2002. He is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Evan specializes in the selling and leasing of Commercial and Investment Properties. He works in close proximity with Property Owners, Tenants and Investors to facilitate and help negotiate deals on their behalf.
He is a member of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and is an Integral member of the organization where Evan has the following designations:

Co – Founder and Co-Chair of PEBL (Professionals Emerging as Business Leaders)
